1. Scope of Service

MobileHomeWash.com provides exterior cleaning services for mobile homes and related surfaces, including siding, skirting, decks, walkways, and driveways.

Service includes removal of dirt, algae, mildew, and surface contaminants.
Service does NOT include structural repair, paint restoration, or permanent stain removal.

2. Pricing

Services begin at $99 for minimal buildup and standard conditions.
Final pricing varies based on size, condition, and selected add-ons.

Customer agrees to the total shown at checkout at the time of booking.

3. Access & Utilities

Customer agrees to provide:

• Clear access to all service areas

• Safe working conditions

• Water supply if required

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation and forfeiture of scheduled service.

4. Surface Condition Disclaimer

Customer acknowledges that:

• Some stains, oxidation, and discoloration may be permanent

• Older or brittle materials may not return to like-new condition

• Results depend on material age, condition, and prior maintenance

5. Damage Limitation

MobileHomeWash.com is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Loose or improperly secured siding, trim, or skirting

• Oxidized or deteriorated materials

• Water intrusion due to faulty seals, cracks, or prior damage

Maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Cleaning Process

Professional methods are used to minimize risk.
Water pressure and cleaning solutions are adjusted according to surface type.

Customer acknowledges that all exterior cleaning carries inherent risk.

7. Weather & Rescheduling

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions.
No penalties apply for weather-related changes.

8. Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Failure to be present or provide access may result in forfeiture of the appointment.

9. Authorization to Perform Work

Customer confirms they are the property owner or authorized agent and grant permission to perform services at the specified location.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee a professional, thorough cleaning based on the condition of your property.

If you are not satisfied:

• You must notify us within 24 hours

• We will return and re-clean the specific area at no additional cost

Guarantee Limitations

The following are NOT covered:

• Permanent stains

• Oxidation

• Structural or material defects

• Results limited by surface condition

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for realistic results based on surface condition.
Our obligation is to re-service the affected area, not provide refunds.

Payment Terms

Payment may be made:

• In person (if selected)

All payments are final upon completion of service.

Limitation of Liability
